Ex plans in hiding income to make me pay more child support?
My ex is out to ruin me. I understand it is my obligation to pay child support but she is set to inherit 3 million dollars and I make ends meat. She plans on trying to hide the money or sign it over to someone else and cry poverty to take everything from me she can. I understand the court would see her income and charge me the minimum but she is obv doing this to hurt me financially and it is not about me supporting the kid. How can she hide this income and how do I prove it?

Can't you see that the TWO of you are using your kids as the rope in a financial tug of war? How sad!

sounds like you got yourself a hell all wheel. she's doing this just to bring you down because she is not happy with her life. so she don't want you to be happy. what tell the judge. what exactly is going on and he will have to make her and she will have to prove it. what the judge know what she's been doing to you. even if you have to exaggerate. good luck

Regardless of what is going on my best advice to you is to see an attorney and do it now. The attorney will help you sort things out and give you the direction you need to follow. Good Luck and stay in touch with your child (you both need the contact).

There's no way the court is going to allow her to ruin you financially by making you pay what is your responsibility! Even if the mother is a millionaire, you still by law are required to pay your share.

How gross and unmanly of you.

inherited money is not income
she can have it all in the bank ,it won't matter.
support is considered off the non custodial parents income, because that is your fair share

he income or investments will not change your support amount

paying your states fair share of child support is not going to ruin you,i paid 28% of my gross income for support for years
you will not be the 1st or last to pay out support

You've asked this many times. The answers haven't changed. Go away troll.

Btw, my answer, same as before, inheritance is not income and can not affect the order.

What she inherits would have very limited affect on what you pay.
