How do i upload audios,videos and pictures to new and existing articles?

I am having issues with uploading files to my new articles,maybe it is because i do not have any programming experience. I also cant figure out how to add my picture to the Wikipedians on Facebook page. Please give a step-by-step process.

First of all, files are not uploaded to articles, but rather to Wikipedia itself, or one of its sister projects, the Commons. If you want a file to be accessible from any Wikimedia project, such as the English Wikipedia, or Wikipedias in other languages, I would suggest uploading it to the Commons instead. Do this by visiting the Commons ( http://commons.wikimedia.org ) and in the toolbar on the left-hand side, click "Upload file". Follow the step-by-step instructions there to upload your file. The same goes for if you want to upload it on Wikipedia.

After you've uploaded a file, you can link to it on any article by simply adding the following text in the edit page: [[File:FILENAME.ext]] (where "ext" is the file extension - i.e. jpg, png, ogg). You can make the image any size by adding a pipe character "|" after the extension and the size in pixels (e.g. [[File:Wikipedia.jpg|200px]]. When you enter the editor section, u click upload file at the left side of the editor and then u will get next step.
