What's the point of facebook if no one really talks to you?
Seems like every time I post on facebook the only responses I really get are family(mostly immediate) and my little sister's bff. I can like people's statuses, etc, sometimes even comment, but in the end, I'm the only one who really does anything and everyone else simply ignores me, it's kind of getting depressing...
For the record, the number of people who talk to me is approximately 5, all family, minus my sister's bff...

Glad you asked.
Imaof
The purpose of Facebook is-
to look at the pictures.
I have 964 friends and guess the number who will chat?
Less than 20.

just go look on your friends and 3rd party pictures, check other peoples statuses on what are they doing, and try to search and find new friends that interest you you could get new friends with it.

Isnt it ironic that it's a 'social networking site' but yet it's making you feel lonely? I absolutely hate facebook and what it stands for! People let it rule their heads and over-analyze every little detail.
