how to close my facebook account that was stolen?

my ex has my pass word to my facebook and my msn .now i want my facebook shut down or just gone. what can i do. i have no access to it at all.
my ex has my pass words to both msn and facebook. she changed them both so i cant get on them both.how can i deactivate both of them.

why don't you change your passwords

if you can still remember your username and password.
just click on account settings.
and scroll to the bottom.

i think it says discontinue account. or something.
itll make you give a reason.
and then itll be deleted for good.
