New Twitter is so slow on my computer. Is there any way to speed it up ?

My computer and dongle connection is pretty rubbish but after making adjustments I've got it working pretty good....everywhere but New Twitter, where scrolling is laboured and typed text takes time to appear!

I revoked access on a few twitter applications which were connected to my account but I don't use and i think this has helped a little but are there any other adjustments I can do on there to make it quicker ?

Try Google Chrome if you are not using it because it will load the page faster.
