he cheated on me with her 4 years ago. he does not have a facebook.

delete his family members from FB, I would! Let that other woman have them, you have your guy who thankfully doesn't even have a FB!

If you cannot handle it, move on and find someone else. Otherwise you are just going to have to learn to deal with it. They can talk to anyone they choose. And you are not going to change them anymore than he is.
