my facebook is locked ?
Hi there! I would really appreciate it if someone can teach me the way on how to UNLOCK my Facebook Account.Same as the above discussions. Yesterday when I opened my FB account, a message prompted stating that" FOR SECURITY REASON YOUR ACCOUNT IS TEMPORARILY LOCKED" I have already sent them a copy of my Passport showing my personal info specifically my birthday but until I have not received any reply from their end nor a notification regarding the status of my account. I have already did some research and found out that in some cases it will be unlocked for 24-hrs if I change my password twice. I already did that too hoping it might help. I really need to open my account. PLease help! Thanking you in advance.

The Same exact thing happened to me a couple months ago. i tried to unlock it myself but that didn't work and it wouldn't let me log on at al.. it happened to a lot of people in June and you can't really do anything about it, you have to wait until facebook works it out and let it unlock by itself. don't rush it because i did that and couldn't log in at all for 2 weeks.

the information you submitted has to be personally reviewed by facebook first, and that can take weeks
|
