What are some programs i can download to make a twitter background?
I really wanna make a background but i dont wanna use those websites
and stuff to make them so is there like a certain photo shop i have to use or
something? help me!

I only now that on GraphicRiver are ready to use Twitter backgrounds available, which you can edit in Photoshop. You may download photoshop (adobe.com), this software comes with a free 30 day trial.
