Someone started a facebook account in my brother's name. How do we find out who did it?

Someone started a facebook account in my brother's name. How do we find out who did it?
This account includes all of my brother's real info (email/email password, bday)
His email password is not shown on the facebook account but to create the account someone had to use his email password.

Report it as impersonation and it will be deleted. Btw, his email password is on it?
