i don't want followers on twitter?

i don't want some people to follow me on twitter. how do i regulate who follows me on twitter?

The only thing you could probably do is block them, but you see Twitter has a different way of blocking. Its nothing like facebook. they could still see you and who you are. but they cant follow you or see your tweets unless someone retweets you and that person follows them. or you could also protect your tweets. and only the poeple who follow you and get premission to follow you can see them. But no one can retweet or favorite you.

Some of my friends have their accounts set to private and I can't follow them or view amy tweets without them allowing it first. I don't know how they did it but it is probably under account setting or privacy settings. I hope this helps
