If you have a Facebook account with a fake identity (not with your real name) does this discover? If yes, this mean's by the telecommunications company, by the network company (facebook) or both of them.

No, because what the phone company does is simply give you access to the Internet in your phone. They have laws that respect the privacy of a person. They can know where you have been, what you have on your phone, your name ONLY when you're using the communication services, but they can't know (and seriously, they don't even give a damn) what you do on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
