How do I change settings to receive a notification if someone "likes" something on Facebook?

I want to receive this notification when I log into facebook, not on my email or by text. I found the settings to change when receiving notifications by email and by text, but I cannot figure out how to change notification settings on facebook.

you dont change them... on facebook you always get notifications if someone likes something. maybe your facebook is just not working properly, it happened to my notifications for a while too.
