How do u make a facebook page?

on facebook, how do u make a page that ppl can become a fan of? i know how to make groups, but how do u make a page? and join "Mom, can I...? Ask your father. Dad, can I...? Ask your mother." if u have a facebook. please!! thanks!!

go to any other fan site, and underneath the fan box on the left side, there will be two links and the share button. click on the 2nd link, create a page for my business. then just enter the information you want to have the fansite be about, and then click create page. that's it
