How do I add my children to Facebook?

I added my daughter to my profile a few months ago (name, age) then a couple of days ago I looked at my profile page and it was gone. I never deleted it or anything. I've been searching settings and edit options but I can't find an option to add children. Can someone please give me instructions on how to do this. Thank you.
She didn't delete me she's 11 months old. That's not the problem, the option just disappeared. I want to know where to find it.

She probably blocked you or deleted you. She probably have stuff on there that she doesn't want mom to see.

She probably deleted you, sorry! I mean, I wouldn't want to have my mum on facebook, it would be too awkward. But it's okay, she probably wants some privacy.

Go to your Profile page

Click on the Info tab

Go to Edit Information (near the top right)

Under Basic information there is Family Members; click that and there'll be a drop down box with Daughter, Son, Mother, Father, Sister, Brother... select appropriate one, add Name and D.O.B.

Go to the bottom of page and click Save Changes
