What's the best blog with privacy settings?

I absolutely love tumblr but the is no privacy. You can only block people who have usernames. I want an account, somewhat like facebook/twitter, where I can add people and those are the only people who can see my blogs.

I've also tried blogspot and I'm not a fan at all. Any suggestions?
