How do I stop being addicted to facebook?
Before when I got facebook I wasn't addicted then all of a sudden I have been sooo addicted! I go on everyday and all night until I have to go to sleep! I am surprised that I'm still passing my classes. Some of my friends have the same problem.

Break down the reasons why are you addicted.
Maybe think about what you did before Facebook.
Or use the ultimate weapon...your window. Yes, gaze out your window and see that brilliant blue sky soaked in rays of sunshine. And then you'll remember the days you used to play outside with the neighborhood kids. The first time your learned to ride a bicycle. That terrible time the mean kid on the street made you kill a bee with your bare hands and the stinging sensation that lasted until your mother poured vinegar over it.

xD

If all else fails you can either get some discipline or find something even more addicting 0_o;;

I remember when Facebook was only at the college level. People seemed to use it as a tool. People filled out their full profiles and that was that. You met people and kept in contact with them and coordinated meetings and events. Now it's being used more like a toy so people are wasting an incredible amount of time. All those applications and quizzes and fluff you see now.

Remember, use Facebook; Don't let it use you!
