What do you say to someone who is leaving?

My best friend is running away from home on Saturday and is moving up to Launceston with her Nan. Tomorrow at school will be the last time I see her and I seriously don't know what to do or say. She I my rock and has got me through a lot during the last two years. While typing this I am crying and I don't know what I will do without her.
Please help - I really don't know what to do.
By the way we are both very teary 13 year olds.

It's not really what do you say to someone who is leaving. No one in this world can tell you what to say to someone you care about that's leaving. Why? Because no one knows exactly how you feel. So you have to convey them by telling her what YOU want to say to your bestfriend who is leaving. You don't have to exactly say. You can just cry right there. Actions are louder than words.

She is running away to her Nans?

I doubt tomorrow will be the last time you see her.

A 13yr old running away to their nans is surely to find themselves brought back to their parents.

Her nan will not hide her. Her nan is afterall the parent of her mother or father.

But in case she heads elsewhere, tell her good bye and good luck, thank her for the friendship and the good times. Tell her to keep in touch-letters, emails, txt msgs, phone calls, facebook or however else you can.
Let her know you will miss her. Wish her the best and to take care and be safe. Don't hide your tears and give her a hug.
Let her know you are only a phone call away.

But I honestly doubt she will be gone fore long, her nan will inform her parents.
