i cant upload a profile picture on twitter, can somebody help me?

This Twitter over capacity, fail whale picture keeps popping up when i try 2 upload a profile pic. ive tried everything. ive tried resizing the picture, ive tried using a different picture, ive changed the type of picture, everything. but it doesnt work. and ive even tried going on at different times 2 upload it. but nothing seems 2 work.

If twitter is timing out and you see the whale photo, that means there are too many people on the site. Give it a few hours and try again. Don't let it frustrate you. It will work eventually.
