How to convince my mom to let me delete my facebook?
Well I am 13. I was the one who wanted the facebook account in the first place. Now i am sick of it. My mom doesnt want me to delete it cuz i have family and friends on there but I am scared, there are creepers on facebook and I AM SICK OF FACCEBOOK! Help me think of something to scare her about facebook to let me delete it or a way to convince her to let me delete it.

Thanks!

Just don't go on it. You don't have to delete it. Set all the stuff to private so only friends can see your info.

Why don't you just stop using it? Write in your status, "taking a break from Facebook".

Tell her that people can hack into it and get a hold of your email and private infromation. Even if all of your stuff is private there's still a major chance that someone could hack into your stuff.

Try to see if you can import the contacts somewhere or send them to your mom's account...
That might work but I think thats mostly for email providers...

God how weird that a mother would force her teenage daughter to do something that makes her that uncomfortable & scared, only to please people who should have some other way to contact her anyway.
I hate facebook too, and stuff like this is only one of the reasons why.

It doesn't matter your age, you don't need your mother's permission to delete your Facebook. This guide will show you how to delete your account on Facebook:

Good luck!
