how do you add a family member to your facebook who is deceased?

Well, the person has to have a facebook account to add them, sorry!
If your father has an account, you can add him to your family members.

You can make your own a/c with ur father's name.....that will be best.....

He does NOT need to have a facebook to add him as family.
What you can do is just go to where you add family members and type in (say his name is John Smith) John Smith .. RIP<3 and then list him as your dad.
There is no way to make it say deceased. You can only type in their name and what relation they are to you.
