How do I submit a complaint to Facebook?

I have a complaint that I would like to submit to Facebook (about the new app notifications), but after searching and searching the website, I cannot seem to find anywhere to submit feedback. Where can I send it in?

Oh, I am sorry to say this... but there is no way to do that.. But just remember, you can always control what notifications you want/need or don't want/need. That is all in the ''Account Setting"
