Question about Twitter privacy?

Well. My dad has been stalking my Twitter lately and I don't know whether he has an account on it & if he's following me but yesterday evening he told me that he looks at my Twitter page. He said he doesn't mind at all but still I don't find it comfortable him looking at my Twitter page and yesterday before I went to bed I protected my tweets but even if he had an account on it and was following ME and I protected my tweets. Would he still be able to see my tweets?

well privacy will work and make sure u log off before u turn off the computer and he wouldn't able to follow u are change your name and password
