She's a rebel even to her mother.She wrote that her dad is a Dumbass,asshole dicksucker,piece of shit,and that i am a fat pig,old and that i never take a shower.I feel so humilliated and so is my husband.The girl doenst want to see him,hates him.And her mother is as mean as her.What can we do ?

If she's twelve and posting these things, people won't think it's you, they'll think, "Those poor parents, that girl is acting like complete trash, what did they do to get such a brat?" If it bothers you seeing it, report her to Facebook because she's twelve. Facebook terms state that she has to be 13 to have an account.

Sorry to say, but obviously she's weak cause if she can't say that stuff in front of your face but yet say it on facebook. sad. All of you including her mother need to talk about your punishment for her to the point where she can gain some dignity & also some manners, cause at any age that is unacceptable. |

Take a step back and don't think about WHAT she's doing/saying but WHY?! Why does she hate her dad? Why does she not want to see him? There must be a reason... this sounds as if it's deeper than 'he made me tidy my room' or whatever.
She's 12, it's unnatural for a 12 year old girl to speak such strong words for no reason. Rather than punish her TALK TO HER. DONT EVER STOP TRYING to make the effort with her into seeing her dad and into your lives. Spend time with her, try to understand whatever it is she's obviously not liking about the two of you. If you can work on what the problem is and both of you bond with her the chances are her behaviour will change, and if not, if you've really tried (and you actually have!) THEN think of a suitable punishment. |
