How can I deativate my moms facebook account if she died a year ago?

I am trying to permanatly remove my moms facebook account; she died a year ago and one of my family member, sometimes, logges into her account. I guess they knew her password, but nobody is saying who is doing it. since my mom died I want her account permanatly removed.

You have to show Facebook your mom's death certificate. They refuse to actually delete accounts unless you show them that.

Of course, this is illegal for them to do, but no one cares enough to do anything about it.

The profile (timeline) will also no longer appear in the Suggestions section of the Home page. Friends and family can leave posts in remembrance. In order to protect the privacy of the deceased user, we cannot provide login information for the account to anyone. However, once an account has been memorialized, it is completely secure and cannot be accessed or altered by anyone.

P.S the person on top's been sexually abused, or neglected as a child... her mother and father didn't give her love, and so they're just a d1ck.
