how much can a minor show in a picture without it being considered illegal?
don't call me bad things. i need to know because i'm trying to get out of the friend zone with someone i like, and he lives in a different state now, so we can only communicate through texting and facebook. i don't plan on breaking any laws, but i want him, so how much do i have to wear for it to be considered legal? i've been told that even a bikini is illegal for pictures. so please help

Miss, No bad words. Only a father's advice..Who happens to recall being young. ..Less clothes does not always mean more sexuality. I would heed you at your age to not expose anymore than a nice bikini. Nor, engage in a faux sex act during the pose.

Have you ever seen cheesecake shots? http://homepage.mac.com/brons/Art/Cheese...ssics.html Ok, those are more mature. But, it gives you an idea.

http://ckdeluxe.com/galleries/pinup-deluxe/ these are every day girls doing their take on it. Without a whole lot of naughty.

Sometimes more clothes IS sexual. Good Luck and I hope he reciprocates. He is very lucky.

For a picture to be illegal it must be pornographic.

There is no set amount of skin that would make a picture pornographic. A fully nude picture of a 10 year old girl playing on the beach with her family and other kids at a naturist resort would not be pornographic, and would, under 'most' circumstances, be legal even though she is nude. A photo of the same girl in lace lingerie lying on a bearskin rug most likely *would* be pornographic even though she's not even topless.

The requirement for a picture to be pornographic is that it be intended to 'arouse or titillate' - and if you're sending it to a guy to get him 'out of the friend zone', then that is EXACTLY your intent.
