How would you interpret this FACEBOOK situation?
Susan and Fred pose together in a picture and it is used for the Susan's facebook cover page. They are both wearing contact lenses and hugging each other.

However, for Fred's Facebook cover page, his picture is just himself and alone wearing glasses.
There is no picture of Susan with him.

Does this sound like a close relationship? Susan and Fred are not married.
