What role did President Clinton while he "Presided" over Congressman Weiners wedding?
Congressman Weiner who just supposedly had his twitter account broken into and a underware clad weiner photo sent to 45,000of his twitter followers had Bill Clinton Preside at his wedding.....

What the heck does that mean? Presided over wedding?

If it said he "presided" over the wedding that means he was the officiant, the person who married the couple.
