Can my relatives get in trouble for using Facebook in Cuba?
One of my relatives works in a News Agency, or something. She has facebook and sends me chats, through facebook.

I have spoken to her real time.

We just sent her a video of us a a message, considering calling over there costs us in the states $1 a minute. Would this be circumventing fees or something, can she get arrested for this?

Facebook is not restricted in Cuba so it would be legal to do.~~
