How do I change my profile picture on Twitter?
I mean, I know how to change it but everytime I try to, it's over capacity ALL.THE.TIME so now I'm stuck with no profile picture. Eff.

this doesint belong in this section but i can help you tho as i am a twitter user as well as a facebook user go to your twitter under account settings go to profile picture and you can change it from there if it says its over capacity you have to wait a little while and try it when its not busy a lot of people access twitter

Try refreshing the page again---or try after a short interval --this may be due to the extensive user market of Twitter--or check out the technical status of Twitter
