Twitter loads a page that is painfully lame ?

What's wrong with this? Once I've logged in, the page won't load properly. I can see the posts but in an improper manner, I can't see the background, the theme, it won't even display any images. It says try to reload it again but it doesn't help. It's not this way before. What seems to be the problem? Please heeeeellpppp. Thanks!

That could be the site problem... If you can't fix that problem by yourself, let it be... Usually, the problem will be gone if you wait...

OR

If you have the Internet connection that lags, consider refreshing it, depending on your Internet networks..
