Alright, i 'm sure i'll figure the rest out . . . but okay lets see. . Here's my situation
i tweeted " @MikeDonehey 's lyrics are saving my life ♥" Does that mean b/c it says "@MikeDonehey" He can see it ? (I'm following him , but he's not following me. )

yes, he can see it. if he doesnt follow you, you do not show in his timeline, but you do show in the messages where he's mentioned (right side @yourusername) so yea, he will get it. The only way he wouldnt get it would be if he blocked you.
