cannot even begin to digest what just happened, I am so shocked and upset I can't get over it. My girlfriend is twenty-four years old first off and a grown woman, I am twenty-eight years old and a grown man and I am in tears. My girlfriend and I got into it over some girls sending me sxual twitter msgs. My girlfriend obviously got very upset and I got quick to defend by saying "I didn't ask for her to tweet me AT ALL" and I reminded her of a previous argument we had about HER ex-boyfriend posting pictures of the two of them making kissy face and cuddling, ect. She and I started screaming, she threw a lamp, I flipped the coffee table (not heavy) up with all the newspapers and magazines with a cup of water on it and she smashed a glass on the floor screaming at me how much she "hated me" and how I am nothing but "a man sleez, and I sleep with everyone and anyone" and to be fair I am a changed man but in my younger twenties I was kind of promiscious and did drugs and such. She got up in my face and was screaming and she said "GO AHEAD RONALD TELL ME HOW UNHEALTHY THIS IS, GO AHEAD TELL ME" and she shoved my chest and pushed me back slightly and then rebounded and smacked me on the check and was hysterically screaming "******* tell me!!" And she shoved me back again so I grabbed her by the fore arms and shook her very hard and said "BACK OFF!!!!!" - I frigging love you, I would die for you and you are being a psycho what the **** is wrong with you?" And the more I screamed the more I shook her. She looked and me like I was the devil and she cooked it out of the room running as fast as she could like she was terrified of me. She was back downstairs in and was running outside. I followed her outside and she was with her best male friend sobbing in his arms, he said "man you know I love her as a friend so right now you guys need to seperate" and she got in his car and left. Please help me, I love her so ******* much it's insane and I am crying right now. I need help

Dang man. Give her some space, then try calling her later. Apologize repeatedly. Delete your twitter; it's obviously going to cause problems for the 2 of you.

show her ur tweets. prove her hthat u didnt ask for the messages. tell the woman to stop messeging you. then after everything has calmed down, apologize and say u two were both wrong and that you love her more than anything and wouldnt do anything to betray her trust and love. she hit you and you stopped her. you never intended to hit/hurt her AT ALL. just say stuff like that. calm her down. if she doesnt back away, give her a nice comfortable hug. tell her you love her, and only her.
