A great idea for a girls party is a spa day. First put on some relaxing music, then they can do each others nails, make homemade facial (like avocado or banana) masks, do hairstyles on each other, makeovers....etc. Then after they're all pampered, they could sit and watch a chick flick with popcorn and some other treats.

Some other ideas are:

Karaoke night- Go online and find some free karaoke sites. Then set up a makeshift stage and goof around and have fun while singing.

Fun and games- Put on some fun and energetic music then set up lots of classic games like twister or a potato sack race. Set a table in the corner of the room with drinks and some snack in case they get hungry. The girls can vote on which games they want to play first then they go around playing each one and having fun.

Movie night- Pick a bunch of chick flicks that you know your friends will like. Decide together which movie you want to see then make popcorn and get lots of candy and pop and just crash on the couch watching.

Music video- Set up a good camera then pick a girly song that your friends like too. Ask the girls to wear their favorite clothes and when they come they can do crazy hair and makeup for the video. Once they're all ready, play the song (or you could add it to the video later on the computer) and pretend to sing a long and dance. Upload the video onto the computer and send it to all your friends.

I hope this helps!

Hi there
I’m just building a web site, it’s still under construction but there are sections on there for ideas for slumber parties, how to theme the party if you want to. Also there are some nice ideas for slumber party invitations, games and activities. The games and easy and fun so take a look with friends and see if there’s something there that would be fun for you.
Take a look at the site it might give you some ideas and if you like the site pass it on to friends via the facebook and twitter buttons.

The site is http://creative-kids-partys.com

Hope you have a great night.

Michelle
