How to ask a boy on a date to the movies?

I want to ask my friend out to go see the blind side with me and my lil sister. Hes tottaly cool with my lil sis so he wont mind her comming.. But im so shy. He a good friend of mine and I also have a big crush on him. Any tips on how to ask him when he gets on facebook tonight? Thanks!!

You walk up to him and repeat the exact words "Do you want to go to the movies with me?"

kk well first you need like a couple of options ,
- first you can ask like casually or you can ask quickly .
1) hey so... what are you doing on .... (friday) do you maybe wanna come to the movies with me and my sis?
2) do you have any plans on (friday)?
3) omg, have you seen the blind side? ... would you maybe wanna come to see it with me?
4) i wanna see the blind side... but i have no one to go with :-( , do you maybe wanna go see it with me?

Start very casual, simply start talking about what movies you like, discuss for a bit. Mention the cool looking new movie coming out, see if he thinks it looks good or bad, then mention you plan on going. Then say something like "Hey, why don't you tag along too? This could be totally fun!" No pressure, tends to work.
