Can i take my principal to court?
We have a new principal and everyone HATES her and i really want to smash her face into a wall! She basically made a fake twitter account and follows alot of us at school who have a twitter and if we cuss/say something bad about a teacher she suspends us! She has already done it to like 15 students! Thursday i tweeted "i hate our new principle Miss Harold! Shes a b*tch!" then i got called up into the office friday! and she said she is gonna suspend me for saying that WTF Dont i have freedom of speech?! And im also not on school property when i tweeted that? I have never been in trouble and have always had good grades. So is she even allowed to do this? Because if she suspends me my mom wants to take her to court for invasion of privacy and rights. Thanks!(:

You would do better to mention to the superintendent of education for the county or city if it's a large city. She isn't invading your privacy if you publish things online. The school district may or may not frown on her actions but that's who to talk to.

You really shouldn't say things like that online. Think if your boss saw you call her a Bi&*h online she's not going to give you a vacation she's going to take away your very sustinence.

You really should use your brain sweetie.
You think your tuff shite, but your nothing but a spoiled brat.
Only idiots would say what you said on twitter, say it to your friends but not to the world.
Its not invasion of privacy dimwit.
Why spend money on a frivolous lawsuit and clog up the courts for something you said to the world.
You got caught sweetie, get over it.

she is deff wrong for that. but you arent suppose to write her name online and talk about her. she can also get you in trouble for cyber bullying. but she'll get in trouble for alot more. she has a fake account, shes followed students and yeah thats pretty bad for her. she will probably lose her job. and then again you dont go around writing things about people. and especially dont write the name.
