Why won't Facebook work on certain computers?

Does any one know why Facebook doesn't work on certain computers? It has always worked in the past on my computer and only in the last couple of days wont work. I can log in but then it says internet explorer can't open the site and closes down.
However on my other computer it works fine and both have the same windows vista and internet explorer, and are both connected to the same internet connection.
I have looked online and quite a few people seem to have the same problem.
Does any body know why?

Well you could try using a better browser. Internet Explorer does you no favours. Try Google Chrome instead http://www.google.co.uk/chrome

Because Internet Explorer just fails.
Download another browser like Firefox:

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/

And use that instead.

Try clearing your browser.Tools,internet options,general tab,browsing history,delete.Then delete history,cookies and try again.Good luck.
