Can someone sue me for uploading a funny video of them to facebook?

First off they knew i was recording
second it's only a 6 second video
third in the video he ends up getting hit in the eye
fourth he doesn't have a facebook :/ (but has friends who do)
fifth yeaah thats it
he is a winer
well the video only shows him bending down holding his eye doesn't show his face though.

That depends on the person but if he/she does, shewill win because its now illegal to upload videos of people doing dumb stuff that gets them hurt (if you know what i mean). Hope this helps

Yes. But she/he first has to tell you to remove it and if you don't, then she/he can file a small claim. You have to get permission from the person if their face is recognizable (up close).
