1. You could try self control
2. Go to account in the top right, account settings and deactivate account from there.

Hello,

Go to the Account toolbar in the top right of the screen. Scroll down to "My Account". On the first page, at the bottom, there is a section called "Deactivate Account". You can re-activate it after your exams, (just tick the "This is Temporary, I'll be back" section). Good luck with them all!

Log on, upper right hand corner says "account" click that, then click "account settings", bottom it should say "deactivate account", then it will ask you why and put "this is temporary i will be back".

Or just have your friend change the password and not tell you till your done revising.

Its under the tab for your account and privacy settings, in that mode after you sign in you can scroll down far...and hit the deactivate account. and Yes, you can start it up again.

This guide will show you how to deactivate your account on Facebook:

To reactivate it afterwards you just need to log in. Meanwhile all your info will be hidden.

Good luck!
