Is there any possible way to get this person to quit contacting me?

There is a man that found me, and my girlfriends facebook accounts that has somehow found our phone numbers and calls us numerous times a day. He claims that my girlfriend is his girlfriends, and sends her vulgar messages. She is scared. And I find the whole situation rather childish and ridiculous. Is there any way that this person can be barred from calling us?

Contact the phone service provider - they have a system for dealing with nuisance calls, they may wish to monitor for possible prosecution if the calls are obscene. Just talk to them for advice or look on their website.
