What does "Standard text messaging rates apply" means?
I have 200 text messages per month for my plan with AT&T. I recently signed up my mobile device on twitter. Will every text message that I send and receive from twitter just be deducted from the 200 text messages I have for my plan? Or would it cost any money?

Yes, it would be deducted form the 200 messages. Standard rates apply means it counts as any other regular text message, meaning there is no extra charge.
