You should ask your parents if they would allow you to create accounts for them. However, I would not allow them to get into FaceBook until they were older. They sound so young.

There are alot of dangers on facebook. You should first ask your parents permission. If they agree then you should make sure that you do protect their profile as there are child pervets, so only let them become friends with people that they know and make their profile private, so that only people who know them can see their profile.

It's against Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which says that you need to be 13 years old to have an account on Facebook.
