How can I privatly talk to my mom about dating?

i've dated a few times and never told my mom, I am a little young, I live with 2 brothers and my step-dad. My one brother is closer to me and he's older. He might be dating since I saw a pic. of him on Facebook with his arm around a girl. He's 15 so my mom doesn't care, I'm years younger than him so how could i tell my mom?

You're old enough to have a boyfriend, but not old enough to date hon. You won't be old enough to date until you're at least a mature 17 yo, 18 or 19 yo is much better. You have no idea of all the issues you'll be faced with, once you start dating "one on one." You can go on Church Outings that are supervised by an adult, same for School Outings and Activities, supervised by an adult.
If your Mom will allow it, you can invite your boyfriend out to your house on a Saturday afternoon and hang out with him. Play Video games, pop some pop corn or order a Pizza. Serve Iced Tea. Or make sandwiches or hamburgers.

Girls under the age of 17 yo, don't have the maturity to deal with the complexities of human relationships. They don't have good judgment to make good choices. They're just not emotionally and psychologically mature enough to foresee the consequences of issues they'll be faced with on a date.
