I accidentally accepted a friend request from someone. If I delete them, will they still get the notification saying I accepted it earlier?

They will get the notification that states you have accepted them as your fb friend, but they will not notice if you have deleted them from your friend list. Of course, if they check your profile and see that you guys aren't friends, they will probably find out you have deleted them.
