How to stop Facebook from notifying everybody about every single thing related to me?
How do you stop Facebook from posting notifications on my friends' walls about everything I do?
Like people who tag me in photos. Or when I just become friends with someone.
And I mean specific types of notifications.

go to privacy setting and block all persons seeing any content of your profile.your all activities will be invisible to them.
