How do I disconnect my Facebook account from my Tumblr?

When I first got Tumblr I connected it to my Facebook account so all my Tumblr posts showed up on Facebook.
How can I undo this? Cause Facebook is really quite public. I don't want my whole Tumblr blog to be broadcast to all my Facebook friends.

Go on to your Facebook home page. In the bottom left corner you should see an "applications" tab. Click here and then click "edit applications". Where it says "show" in the top right, scroll down to "allowed to post". You should then see Tumblr in the list. Click on the X next to Tumblr and this removes the Tumblr application.
