If i have to pay child support in the state of georgia do i have the right to be put on the birth certificate?
I ask this because my babys mother is doing this to me and i want to be put on the birth certificate. is there a law saying she has to if im paying child support?

If you're the father, you have just as many rights as her. You can definitely be put on the birth certificate. Call your city or county's Office of Vital Statistics. The child support Order should be enough to have you added to the birth certificate.

if she's unwilling, it will require a court motion, which you can do when you request parental rights to see the child. without a court order, and even while paying child support, you have no rights.
