How do you stop hacker, if he/she always change your password in your face book account?

Don't let them in the door in the first place.

Or else, email facebook and inform them of the situation.

Facebook is hard to hack; most likely someone is spying on you. Check for spywares in your computer (those programs send away everything you type on the keyboard).

Also use "secure passwords" : mixing letters and numbers and use as many digits as possible (like "name2010abc" ,"jamesbond1234567." And use a diffenret password for email and Facebook.

Also DON'T log in computers that don't belong to you (in the library I have found MANY Facebook accounts and emails still open, and also I have found that the computers "record the password" for automatic login).

Don't long when there is people around (even if it's a friend or relative: they like to play pranks too). And put a password in your computer so nobody can log into your account when you are not around.
