compare Mr Collins's and Mr Darcy's proposals to Lizzy and how both characters are presented. it's probably not that difficult, but i can't focus, i've closed facebook and all distractions, even tidied my room so it's better working conditions, but i just can't do it?!
any ideas?

Think that if you don't finish the essay you'll be a failure in life because what awaits in the future is one hundred times worse and you'll be most likely be eaten alive if you don't snap out of your little All American Girl Princess trance.

Oh, and i don't say it to offend or anything. It's just so you can concentrate (at least that's how it works for me) so don't worry, you can always go back to facebook once you're done.

Also, for less..eh, harsh expectations, just tell yourself you're prohibited to get anywhere near facebook until you're done.

Hope I helped!

Old age will come upon me some day and I cannot avoid it. By contemplating on that pride of "youth" can be curbed or at least reduced.

Disease will come upon me some day and I cannot avoid it. By contemplating on that health can be maintained or restored.

Death will come upon me some day and I cannot avoid it. By contemplating on that life can be preserved and safeguarded.

All things that I hold dear are subject to change, modification or separation and I cannot avoid it. By contemplating on that passionate desire for possession of wealth can be avoided.

I am the outcome of my own deeds and whatever be my deeds,, good or bad, I shall be heir to them. By contemplating on that evil propensities of thought word or deed can be curbed.

If I project hatred and jealousy, they will rebound on me with compound interest. No power on earth can avert them; when once you have put them in motion, you will have to bear them. Remembering this will prevent you from doing wicked things in life.
