How can my mom get notifications on Facebook of everything ?

Ok so today I checke my moms phone I was in her Facebook and I looked at her notification it said lets say Nicole posted a new picture Nicole updated her status and it says wht I put I tried again with a photo to make sure and then I checked her phone and it had it there, I made a big mistake on adding her but I can't delete her because she will ask why and then won't believe my excuse and then make me delete it how can I take it off her phone??????

people can subcribe to you on facebook without even adding you the only thing you can do is go to your profile on her phone and unsubcribe yourself
