How do I forward facebook messages to e-mail?
I'm tired to those notification messages sent to my e-mail asking me to check facebook inbox. Can it just forward the body of the message that to my e-mail? Are there programs that can do this?

There are no programs to do that, you just have to either put up with it, or disable mail notifications
